My background is in Human Resources, where I’ve spent 10 years evaluating people’s strengths, needs, and true fit—reading between the lines of what someone says they want and what will actually help them thrive. I bring that same thoughtful, standards-based approach to matchmaking.

I don’t believe in random pairings or endless swiping through hundreds of profiles. I take the time to understand each person first, then make meaningful introductions based on compatibility, values, and long-term potential.

I’m also an Independent Mary Kay Beauty Consultant with six years of experience, and confidence is at the heart of both my passions. Before a match, I help make sure your skin looks and feels its best, because feeling good in your own skin makes it easier to walk into a first date as your most authentic self.

I started The Courtship Company because I was tired of watching people get lost in app culture: endless swiping, ghosting, and situationships that lead nowhere. I wanted to bring back something simple and meaningful: real people, personally introduced, with someone in their corner every step of the way.

How Matchmaking Works

From sign-up to your first date — here's exactly what happens

Sign Up & Consultation Call

Within 48 hours of your sign-up, I’ll schedule a 10-minute virtual interview with you (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams). This call is where I get a clear understanding of what you’re looking for — your standards, your deal-breakers, and what a great match looks like for you.

Your First 5 Matches

You won’t be waiting long. Within one week of your sign-up date, I’ll have 5 available matches ready for you that meet your requirements and standards.

Monthly Match Updates

Matchmaking doesn’t stop after your first round. Every month, you’ll receive updates with new potential matches — I keep looking until you meet the right one.

Your Icebreaker Date

As part of your membership, you’ll get one coordinated icebreaker date — a low-pressure, structured first meeting designed to take the awkwardness out of a first date and let two people genuinely get to
know each other.

Your One-on-One Dating Tip Session

Before you head into your matches, we’ll sit down one-on-one so I can share a personal dating tip — practical advice to make sure you feel confident, prepared, and like the best version of yourself.
